9 Civil works Standard Bid Document for civil construction adopting W1 and W2 documents have been approved by World Bank. Tendering has been done for 19 projects.
10 Hydrological Assessment 454 MIPs have been completed. Assessment for other projects in progress.
11 Pani Panchayat 475 numbers of PPs have been formed. PP formation in progress.
12 District-level Orientation Workshops 9 districts covered involving line department officers & PP members Other 7 dist. to be completed by March 2009.
13 Training Procurement related training to SPU and DPU personnel by ASCI, Hyderabad at Bhubaneswar. From 26th June 2009 to 1st July 2009 in two batches


The Government of Odisha in partnership with Government of India has initiated Odisha Community Tank Management Project (OCTMP) to repair and rehabilitate approximately 900 minor irrigation tanks having a command area of 40 ha to 2000 Ha and covering 1.20 lakh ha across the state of Odisha with funding from World Bank. more
